Privacy policy

Data collected

  • Booking (Cal.com): name, email address, information entered in the booking form (website, business, advertising budget).
  • Email exchanges: the information you choose to share.
  • Analytics and advertising, only with your consent: browsing data collected by cookies (Google Analytics, advertising pixels).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your requests and organising the discovery call (pre-contractual measures).
  • Delivering and invoicing the service (contract, legal obligations).
  • Measuring the website’s audience and advertising performance (consent).

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers: Hostinger (hosting, EU), Cal.com (booking), Google (Workspace, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta (pixel, with consent). Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union or Switzerland; these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then according to applicable accounting obligations. Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to maxence@maisonlamotte.com. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country (CNIL in France, APD in Belgium, FDPIC in Switzerland).
